Terms and Conditions

When you access your Lottery account & play, the terms and conditions listed below apply.

1. We Require the following details to open your account securely:

1.1 When you seek to open an Account, you will be asked to supply certain information that will assist us to know whether you are eligible to play the Games or not. This information could include your name, address, date of birth, gender, email address, debit card information, and answers to your own security questions. Lottery hills reserve the right to conduct checks to verify the foregoing and to verify your age and identity as well as any other information provided (such as your bank account information) and to request additional documents to validate the same.

2. LotteryHills reserves the right to take all appropriate steps regarding you and your Account if it is later discovered that you were not or are no longer entitled to open, hold, or use an account (including, without limitation, suspending or terminating Your Account, and investigating any security issues).

3. LotteryHills may also request information from you or conduct checks after you have opened an account to ensure that you and/or your debit card (if debit card details are provided) continue to meet the criteria outlined.

4. We reserve the right to refuse an application to open an Account for any reason.

5. We will not be obligated to give a Prize to anybody who does not match the conditions outlined in section 1.1. Also, we may refuse to award a Prize to anyone who has multiple accounts (at its discretion). If a Prize is awarded to someone who does not match those requirements, that individual will be obliged to reimburse the Prize as soon as LotteryHills asks for it. To be clear, a person can claim a Prize on a Play purchased before the Change Date.

6. You are responsible for ensuring that all of the information in Your Account is correct and up to date. Only specific Games-Related Information can be updated or changed. Any updates and modifications (including changes to Your Direct Debit information) must be made legally. Unless LotteryHills (acting reasonably) determines differently in its discretion, modifications can only be made through your Account (and in exceptional circumstances).
